Do you love a good cup of coffee?
I am a coffee addict and a coffee lover in one. My favourite – a filtered dark roasted coffee with a bit of a homemade almond milk.
My go-to drink used to be a cappuccino with soya milk. Then my mum gave me a filter coffee machine as a gift for my birthday and since then I am a filtered coffee addict. I’ve always bought almond milk from a store – yes, the one that actually contains a lot of things except of almonds. And one day it hit me, I should try to make my own almond milk. And here I am, this is the second time I’ve made it, and it just tastes super amazing and is super easy to make it.
There are many recipes on the internet – I took inspiration from Deliciously Ella or Jamie Oliver. What do you need – a blender, a nut bag, almonds. Then you can add dates to make it sweeter or cinnamon. I’ve been thinking to add a raw cocoa powder – because I love chocolate. I’ll try it next time!
